Day before Weigh in, feel like I've done well this week, started to do more exercise and don't really have that many syns just because I feel I don't really need them or want them...I'm going to a party tonight and planning on having a couple of vodkas and diet coke so hope that doesn't ruin my weigh in even though I have the syns for them

Breakfast - Weetabix and banana
lunch - jacket potato (1 syn) 2 x light cheese triangle and salad with dressing fat free
grapes
tea x 2 (2 syns)
Pork chop, roast potatoes, spinach and mushrooms
= 3 syns

Going to be extra good this week after blow out yesterday!!

Need more dairy in the diet i don't count the milk I have in teas as I have 6 he and only use 1 - 2 a day x

After a naughty 3 days away I am back...going to be very good rest of week and hopefully will not have had a gain!!

2 x mini babybel light
SW quiche and salad
Banana
