Can anyone help please? I am on 790 and have stuck to the diet rigidly for 8 days now. But I don't seem to have lost anything for the last 3 days which is beginning to get me down and is making me think what's the point of putting myself through this. Should I stop weighing myself every morning? I do this to give me the will to go on but it's starting to have the opposite effect.
The only thing I think I could be doing wrong is having a few too many vegetables but could that really slow down my weight loss.
Any advice / encouragement would be very very welcome.
