Losing weight whilst at Uni - is it possible?

Uni is a great time to lose weight because you have plenty of time to work out!
Opting to take the long way to walk to class, joining an intramural sport or just finding others to work out with.

You can do it!
 
Losing weight whilst cooking for one can always be a bit of a pain however, my advice would be to get a slow cooker (they cost from about £12) and lots of freezer containers. Then cook up masses of food at the same time and freeze any left overs. That way the food is cheaper as you can buy in bulk and you'll have healthy food you can just put in the microwave and it's ready to go.
 
have a look at the slimming world recipes - there are lots of really cheap tasty meals there. The latest one for me is cowboy hotpot. It looks strange but it tastes great and is really cheap.
Fry an onion, add mince, brown. Add thinly sliced carrots and potatoes, stock, herbs and simmr til tender. Add a tin of baked beans and some chili.
