I would say it's because you don't have a lot to lose.
Sorry to say this and please don't take offence BUT you really should not be doing SS now, you could end up losing muscle and remember your heart is a muscle.. Be careful.

I was just worried because somebody in this thread just advised me that I should be moving to SS+ or Im at risk of damaging my heart! My CDC hasnt mentioned this so obviously am concerned now
