Stayed the same this week- surprised because i hardly ate anything- mainly crushed ice cubes!
God i suffer with the hot weather and summers not even started- LOL
But i'm trying really hard this week, i really want to lose 2lbs!!! Get back in target!
Great work, you know how to succeed so don't let things get you down, as frustrating as it is. Good luck with your next weigh in. If you know you are sticking to the plan then it'll come off eventually.
Its so annoying cause i usually start going wrong around sat/sun cause they are my long days at work-
So im all planned out for the weekend.... I am determined to do it this week
