lost 14lbs this week :) still just over 14 stone to go tho :(

    :cry: Im so dissapointed in myself that i got like this, yet im so determined this time to do it, i have until march 2012 to shift 14ish stone ( im off to vegas :D) this is my motivation although id really like to shift it before then. i desperatly want to start trying for a baby but know at this size its impossible not only putting a baby at risk but myself too.

    Id really like to find some one who has about the same to lose, so we can push each other, would like to swap IM details or email addresses too just as an extra bit of support :) soo if your out there help!!! lol

    im finding it ok im allowed 37 points at the minute though so i think that's why im finding it so easy. only thing im finding difficult is cheese lol iv'e cut it out completely because im a cheese fanatic :( soo easier to go without.

    How are u getting along? are you having weight watchers meals or home cooked?

    yes vegas is my motivation :D obviously need to get in something slinky and sophisticated to blow all my money in casinos soo heres the perfect place to start.

    Fantastic start! :D

    I have a lot to lose too, although not sure what I want to get down to, about 14st if I want to weigh what everyone says I should! I am just taking it in smaller chunks though because thinking of such a huge amount would be a barrier for me, especially during the tough moments.

    So far though, everything is going great. Seeing the weight come off is great motivation and I am sure it will be for you too. Best of luck.

    I lost a couple of stone with Slimming World, then decided to concentrate on portion sizes, so I started WW in mid November. My plan was to maintain over the festive period, and then throw myself into it head-on in the New Year... so far so good!

    I want to get to 13 and a bit stone eventually, but my bloke has a family members birthday party [ie ALL FAMILY - Scary stuff!] on the 5th March, and that is my short term goal. Want to be 17st by this point... We shall see! No reason why I can't do it...!

    I have a mixture of WW meals and home cooked things. My saviour is chicken stir fry, I could eat that for England, I tell ya...! x

    I am started on 36 points and on 35 now, feel like I am eating loads, but it seems to be working! I agree about the cheese, I miss it loads. I eat babybel light when i need a cheese fix (I sound like a junky!!) Babybel light are only one point. And dairylea dunkers, the one with baked crisps as the dippy things are only 2 points. Hope this helps the need for cheese!

    What other types of food do you like? I'll let you know if I have any "gems" points wise! My big thing is bread I use to eat sooo much and trying to reduce the amount I eat.

    Like the sound of your stir fry Auburn.

    I eat a mixture of home cooking and ready meals. I find Tesco Healthy Living meals quite good and they have the points printed on the packet so you easily know where you stand.
