Monday again and my weigh in saw me loose 2lb, which takes me to my half stone mark. Now obviously im pleased with my loss but I would have been even more pleased with 3lb lol (im only human after all)
But I cant help but think I could have tried a tad harder, so this week im starting a food diary and mixing it with red and green days, im an EE girl and have stayed in my comfort zone so far. Iv also set myself mini tasks/targets to do through the week.
Swimming: x1
Zumba: X3
Wii fit (step): x2
Long walk: x2
eat 1/2 grapefruit every day
drink 2 cups of green tea every day
eat 3 super speedy soup (mines chilli, cant stand soup)
Do 2 Green days & 2 Red days.
Today is a RED day, Im having super speedy & a jacket for dinner and im just going to put on my trainers now and grab my mp3 player for that nice long walk....wish me luck...
