Well done hun! Can you notice yourself that you've lost the weight? Do you feel different? I've had a few people tell me they can see I've lost weight but I can't really see it myself. xx

A lot of people have notcied, especially last week. My body still looks lumpy and fat to me but fitting in to smaller clothes makes me realise I have. My body is changing shape, my belly looks bigger than ever as the fat is going from other places first - hopefully it will catch up and I will look more in proportion though when I measure my inches my stomach has gone down.
