Lost my way

Whoops, feel like I have lost my way a little over the last couple of weeks :sigh:. What didn't help was I had to work away at the beginning of this week so missed class. The good thing is I know where I am going wrong so from today
- back to 1200 calories per day for the next week
- back to writing everything down

Hopefully the results on Monday won't be too disappointing. I was only 3lbs away from my 2 stone last time I got weighed and when I booked my holiday i decided on a 2 1/2 stone weight loss as my goal. With only 6 weeks to go it is still possible.
