I've been doing the plan for near a year and the pass six month I just keep losing and putting on again, I've lost nearly 2 stone and still have another stone to go.

I keep losing the whole plot, I have a bad day and then lose motivation.

My original consultant left a while ago and we have had about 4 replacements till they find someone permanent. Which is pretty useless.

We will be TTC hopefully in the next few months so ideally want to be at target for then. I put on alot last time but hope to try and follow throughout as much as i can so I don't put on as much this time round.

How can I stay motivated I need help !!! :)

In my Sw pack I have a family photo, that's my motivation. I'm doing it for me yes but I want to be a better mum, a mum who isn't to embarrassed to go on bike rides or jump in a swimming pool, a mum who'll be around long enough to be a great granny.

Dig deep, what's your motivation. Once you know write it down and keep it with you. X

Look at what you have already achieved - what a success story! Of course you lose the plot from time-to-time - who doesn't. That you have lost weight overall is the thing to focus on. You obviously have more sticking power than you think. You do not have to be 100%, 100% of the time. You do have to accept that being human you will have slips and count them into the equation. Be proud of what you have accomplished, allow that pride to hang around and wear it for a bit. Well done you - I am very proud of you!
