    evening everyone. i'm currently doing slimfast at the mo but after reading stories and looking at pictures i may be thinking of the cambridge diet. trouble is i keep posting stuff (about 4 hours ago) went downstairs to watch the brits and i can't remember which bl$*dy thing i went into to reply to posts :confused:. theirs a lady from co durham with a slid show (very flash) and i wrote a reply but can i hell as like find it, been messing around for 45 mins reading everything else. anyway i'll see if anyone replies to this as i know which thing i've gone into now (i know what i mean, even if you lot dont) must say from the stories i'v read you are all doing fab and keep up the good work. :)

    no pooh sorry. i still do't know what i'm doing. think i'll just read everyones story and not put any info in as it does my head in trying to find it again. i've noticed it says it's thursday, friday etc but thought that was just people putting in what they weighed that day. anyway sorry for being a pain and thanks for replying (at least i found this one)

    If you left click on your underlined name and click on find more posts by helsbels that will show which items you have posted.. you may be able to find it this way..

    cheers apooh and annie. i've just noticed the thing in the top right corner where it says welcom and that i had a new (something, can't remember) anyway clicked on it and here i am again. i think i've twigged that do people use the same thread thing, like wed, thur when they weight in? anyway starting cd on 3/3 weekend away 1/3 so can't start till i get back as there is a lot of vodka involved and pizza. will keep reading though as it spurs you on reading about people and their losses. i've been on the slim fast site and they don't seem to update much. i'm trying to do slim-fast for the time being along with taking xenical slimming pills but having loo probs :sick0019: so a bit sad as aint
    lossing anything (aint these smilies brill, just had a look at the rest of them)

    Hi Helsbels, hope you are managing to find you way round here. I am always asking daft questions on how to do things! The bits in blue at the top are useful, the Tutorials one shows you how to add a ticker and things like that, and the User CP takes you to your bit so you can see what threads you have subscribed to etc. The more you post the more access you get to things. Loads of people use the daily threads, just saying what they are up to that day and if they have a WI etc. One thing I was advised to do is cut down carbs before I started, might be difficult with pizza, but it helps you not feel as hungry the first couple of days. I look forward to seeing how you are getting on. I've been doing it 7weeks and am completely addicted to Minis!!!
