I have half a joint of beef left from dinner, was cooked in the slow cooker so very yummy and dont want it to go to waste. Dont have much in and avoiding a shop this week but have all the staples in and can pick up extras from local shop, can anyone recommend anything to make??? A curry maybe?? THANKS!!
Oh and also got some sweet potatoes to use up to lol
