Lots of water on WI, good or bad?!

    Slimming world!
    What do you guys think? Does it normally help you? I've been drinking lots of water this week thanks to our new Britia? water thing, tastes a lot nicer, and i have tanked up on it today, just hope it will be okay and not jiggle about in my tummy for weigh in tonight, and flush all those toxins out hehe!

    It'll help in the long run but im a bit of a cheater and if in weighing in at 7 I stop drinking water about 4 or 5 hehe so that im not weighing water

    I'm glad I'm not the only one! I NEVER drink water on WI day, only stuff that I know will pass through quickly! Ha ha
