ha i am the same ! I Always have a light meal the night before and NEVER use any extra points ( or SYNS when on SW) the 2 days before ! lol.. and a pound a pee ! LMAO

Got my WI sunday, im hoping to get 3 hours exercise on the bike in before then, I didnt do any last night to give myself a break and I've had a bad back for some reason the last couple of days.

How's everyone else doing?? Who's next for WI?!
 
ha ha ha girls definately a good picture to keep u going!!!!! yeah i know sherrie took me a few hours to be happy with my loss as i wanted 3lb off for my stone!!!!! but am more positive now!!!!
 
I've just downloaded Season 10 of The Biggest Loser (so no spoilers, anyone! :D) & it's really inspiring. Makes me want to get my butt moving and do some exercise!
 
Another 900kcal burned from 30 mile cycle :D was starving come the end of it that I had about 1/4 of a French stick! Got the points for it but I really don't like eating carbs in the evening :( couldn't help myself! Even with the French stick I've got 7pp left!

hey girls!!!! i am jus back from my sister-in-laws!!!! had such a good night!!! i had spaghetti bolognese for dinner!!! definitely way over my daily allowance for that!!! and had a jumbo bottle of bacardi breezer and then a **** load of vodka!!!! (lost count of the vodka) so definitely well into my weekly allowance this week!!! gonna have to be extra good all week to make it up!!!! well working in 6 hours, omg I'm gonna be dying by the time i get home from work!!!!
 
ha glad you had a nice time.. i also had a splurge on chocolate last night ! aw well i'll be happy with anything over 0.5 lb this week as i know from past weighin's i always loose slowly !hope everyone has a fab weekend, any plans? and i hope you dont feel too ill for work laurenasha
 
I've just worked it out that I've cycled 79 miles this week :D
Weigh in tomorroowwwwww :D I really want to say that this week is the week I'm actually going to lose something (even if its half a pound dammit!!) but I don't want to jinx it or feel like a fool if its another STS.

Whats everyone got planned this weekend??
 
aw im sure youll do good sherrie!!! i am makin a big pot of veg soup atm!!! gonna try and be really really good this week to make up for yesterday damage!!!! worst thing about the day after drink!!! you just want to eat eat eat!!!! so i'm trying to eat eat eat things that are REALLY low in pp!!! oh did u know that a suzie/porky pineapple ice lollies are only 1pp each!!! and a mr frostie is 3pp am sooo happy about this because i LOVE mr frosties!!! def gonna be my new evening treat!!!!
 
Nice! I love the mint & choc Skinny Cow lollies (2PP!).

I just took some pics of myself in clothes that are tight/won't do up at the minute, so I can compare them with the ones I'm gonna take on my birthday (in June), when I will hopefully be at least a stone & a half lighter & edging into the 12 stones! :)

I'm going for a Chinese tonight, eep! It's buffet too so its going to be hard to control myself! Im not a fan of Chinese but I live their banana fritters & syrup! Night before WI too :( god dammit!

well girls!!!! how's everyone getting on this weekend!!! findin it hard to get back into it the day again!!!! i have been good though but every bit of food has been tempting me!!!! had 3 bowls of vegetable soup!!!! but it only had a bit of chicken in it and some stock!!!! also had 2 mr. frosties lol!!! think u need a bit of comfort food when ur hungover!!!!

I'm really panicking about this weeks WI now!!!! gonna have to work my bum of till thursday!!! Worst thing is i'm not sure if im gonna get to my class because of saint patricks day bank holiday!!! Gonna have to try and find another class to go on wednesday night or try and get out of work early on thursday to make my own WI!!!! :~(

i've had an ok weekend had a treat last night and still have nearly all my weeklies left, i am really hoping i get 2lb off this week so i get my silver 7 !!

i have got a lovely dress which wont zip up, it was my ibiza dress from 2007 i am hoping i can wear this in 2011 again .. xx
