Have done one of these before but this time i am going to stick to it and record what i'm eating...

Day 1

B- 2 weetabix (HEB) Banana, Apple

S- Banana, Apple

L- Mugshot

D- 2 boiled eggs, salad (lettuce, onion, tomato, cucumber)

S- Grapes

Drinks - Diet Coke, Water, Milk (HEA)

Syns - Curly Wurly

Wasn't really feeling hungry yesterday, but then working 3 jobs at the mo so find it really hard to eat properly as all i can do is graze!!!!

I don't have a lot to loose, but my main goal is to fit back into my jeans which i couldn't do at Christmas!! they are going on, but the button wont quite reach...

Going to give myself 6 weeks, as by that time i would have started Uni and want to be feeling good about myself.
