I'm child free all weekend so tonight just popping over neighbours, then tomorrow wait for it....I'm gonna clean the oven and fridge woop woop! Nothing like a bit of house work to clear the mind and soul though. My house is in desperate need of good spring clean but with taking on this new horse, work and family I hardly have time for a cuppa lol.

Think that's the key though to keep busy on this diet! Wow two horses u lucky lady I haven't rode for years I used to have a horse about 20 yrs ago, love the feeling of being just u two in the countryside.....

Well I'm doing small goals at the moment otherwise I struggle to think of the big picture, so my next goal is 16lbs to the end if March!!! Yeah right! I'm 12'9 at present, so realistically 12! Would b amazing!!

Just the one horse, but I ride my friends horse as well as she struggles with 3. I love it, just getting back into it after a 12 year break lol. My legs are killing me today after riding both, I think I might struggle to squat to toilet level.

Oh you can do at least 9lbs easy! Xxx

Hiya!!!

What have I missed girls?!? Have you all missed moi?! Lol, I'm sitting in my car waiting outside school to get my kids and I feel like I'm high on drugs! 3 extra strong black coffees at college today and a litre of water, ain't had any packs yet, ain't been home and no tetras or anything, I think I need to invest in a few of them next week so that I don't get caught short....who blooming knew that coffee could have such an effect on me! My heart is racing....is that bad?!?

Note to self...stay off the coffee or limit to just the one!!!

My breath wasn't as bad today lol, I think it's worst when I have a shake beforehand.
 
Of course babe ur me main woman!! I know I'm running out of shakes eek!

How's your day been, busy busy, I'm now chilling with coffee aww lush! Gonna try and go for walks this weekend this pasta needs to do one!!
