wow well done! first day of my second week started today. I think the first week was challenging in a diffrent way. It was hard but it was all new and intresting. Second week is like same old same old. been hear done this. I think its good to get into a rutine, but then once its a rutine it is boring. Does that make sense?
So week to is hard for diffrent reasons. I don't look forward to my shake. But I do look forward to the weight loss.
I think it also its quite a personal thing. Some people have more issues with week one than others. How did you find week one? At least your over the not a lot of food side of things. So all you have to contend with is sticking to it.
