Thanks DQ - i am so excited, not so much about this weigh as about all the others to come, because I have finally (after goodness knows how long of searching)found a plan I can live with. And I mean live with, not just exist with or wish time away to get through, but LIVE!

Fingers crossed for tomorrow everyone. Even if the result isn't as much as I'm hoping for (I'd like at least 2lb) I'll continue with it as I feel I'm going to need to give the plan a good few weeks to settle into it.
