Low blood pressure!!

After losing nearly two stone I decided to take the plunge and get a fitness plan made up at my gym. They did all the usuals - body fat, weight, blood pressure etc. My resting blood pressure was 138/88.
Halfway through (when I was doing exercise involving using my arms a lot) I went really dizzy and almost fainted. The instructor made me lie down and took my blood pressure again - it had dropped to 110/63 :confused: He said that with exercise, especially the cardio I was doing, it should have gone up, not down!! This is a long standing problem that I have and have always been a 'fainty' person so just assumed it was that. And whenever I've had my bp done at docs its always been fine because it's just been my resting bp. I had also eaten a couple of hours before, although not a lot, and had drunk plenty.

Im going to docs on Tuesday but just wondered whether anyone else has had anything similar and what their outcome was? I'm slightly more concerned as have been ttc for 6 months too.
