thnx 4 that - soooo annoyin to think it does have a syn, glad I asked - people say that 'most sugar free drinks are free' but they do vary and it makes it hard to know what exactly to drink and what IS syn free, as I don't wanna spend my syns on soft drinks - if u have any syn free ideas for drinks, plse let me know (haven't got my 'bible' yet, ordered it from Ebay last week) xxxx

My consultant says that generally any drink that contains 3 cal per 100ml or less is free but not always so if you can't check use this principal

thnx Taz, I'll defo stick to diet coke/pepsi/Red Bull from now on and avoid juices, as getting one 3 or less cals per 100ml I reckon is a bit of a long shot!!! Not sure what to do wit my Tesco carton of cranberry 'n raspberry now (4 cals a 100ml)...lol...

The Hi-juice drinks are packed with sugars...........nice though ;)
