Low calorie snacks..HELP

I have just discovered Melba Toasts today - 6 pieces costs you 79 calories - amazing! I had some with light cheese spread at lunchtime today and they were surprisingly satisfying. Good for a carb fix

I will definitely be stocking up. I find one isn't enough of something but 6 will feel like piggery and will only be 79 calories.

I found some meringue nests yesterday quite big and only 50 calories per nest. I had one with a few strawberries in and it felt like a satisfying desert for hardly any calories.

Love the idea of meringue nests! Will be investing I think as I do have a sweet tooth after meals. I eat a small milky way a few times a week as they are quite satisfying
