low Carb ketchup ?

I have seen low card ketchup on line but was wondering if the redcued salt and sugar one is the same. Asda and tesco sell this and I thought maybe the name had just changed. If it is the same has anyone tried this and is it allowed on Phase 1 of atkins

That's 2.5g per 10g!

Heinz One carb ketchup is (unsurprisingly) 1g per 16g!

Yea it's probably ok for that! I only really have it on an omelette. Switched to mayonnaise for everything else.

I decided the one carb was worth it - usually mix some mustard in and great with burgers and sausages........

Just saw Sainsbury's own reduced sugar and salt is 1.3g per 10g!
