After a week I can't face the prospect of another meal pack with veg for dinner. So I'm going to have 3 packs a day, and then a protein and salad combo for dinner.
Is there anything I can have on the salad? I don't mind taking in a few extra calories, but I don't want to kick myself out of ketosis.
