Hi everyone, does anyone know of a web-site that shows a list of low carb foods.

Or just a list of foods with their carb amounts?

Just interested in what i can eat when i do eventually start eating again.

Apparently you should go fow Low GI - as opposed to Low Carb and just remember to have small portions of carbs!!
I also read an article the other day that suggests only try to have carbs if you have exercised that day.
Be a good incentive to go to the gym if it meant you could have a jacket potatoe with your dinner!! (It would make me go anyway!!)
Just google Low GI and you'll get LOADS come up!
I brought a recipe book from M&S yesterday - Low GI Recipes and this had a GI count for all foods in the back too.

    hey..

all no carb foods are meat, bacon, cheese, eggs and fish!

fruit has the highest in carb value (other than potatoes and pasta etc)

stay away from carotts, best to have no more than 2 cups of green veg a day for a low carb diet :)
