Hi I'm going to make a low fat cheese cake using quark, the recipe say's use low fat butter for the biscuit base, I've never seen this in shop's and nor can I find it, does anyone have any other suggestions in what I can use to bind the biscuit base
I always make little mini cheesecakes using Alpen Light melted in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, squished down in the bottom of a little bowl and then Mix a White Choc Options sachet (2 Syns) with the quark (usually 1 Sachet per half tub of quark but you can do this to your own taste).
