Low fat dairy

    Hi,

    I think for the soft cheese people tend to use the very low fat as fat free isn't available.

    I saw some WW 2.7% fat creme fraiche - if this is similar to the cheese, would it be allowed?

    Check out our FAQ section... any dairy needs to be fat free (or close). Other dairy would be tolerated, in cruise only, 30g max per day and only if satisfied with weight loss and not stalling. Perhaps read the thread entitled "tolerated foods" to see why they're not a great idea, particularly at the outset.
