Low fat natural yoghurt----- syns???

is low fat natural yoghurt syn free or is it only fat free natural yoghurt that is syn free?

I believe generally that it only fat free but i think even some of them have syns depending on brand.

It will be best to check the exact brand to find out.

For instance. Onken fat free strawberry yogurt has syns.

Sainsbury be good to yourself fat free is FREE It seems if it is fat free natural it should be ok.

Low fat Tesco is 5 syns 500g. Co-op 1.1/2 syns 500g

Tesco Everyday Value low fat nat yogurt is free 500g (if you can get it, my Tesco stopped doing it - shame it is only 45p.

Can`t find any others low fat that are free. Otherwide the syns really vsry/ Best look on line.

thanks for that just got some Tesco Everyday Value low fat nat yogurt it tastes great and so cheap too.
