Hiya
Well its been a while since I posted, and life has taken a lot of bumps for me in the last few months. Because of stress and things that are going on, I have put on weight, and now I find that I can no longer do CD. But thats ok, Ive finally accepted that I cant, and have decided to follow a Low GL plan to lose the weight and to get myself healthy again. So I thought I would keep a food diary and post it here. So here it is
Hopefully this will keep me on track and help me get my mind focussed on getting better.
