what is this like in points? or what spread is the best, dont like flora or anything like that margarine taste

I use a 15% fat butter and was told to treat it like 15% crème fraiche - 1 point for 2 soup spoons. So a scraping on toast..... you can't cook with it, though.

I count low low as .5 per teaspoon, (5g). Im with you on the flora.
