hi i read on mrs wilsoncrofts posts that its not a hex, but its 3 syns per 28g. each tub is 112g and on offer in asda for £1 at the moment. its yummy and quite strong and cheesy. if you see the slices also, they are 2 for hea or 3 syns per slice. hope that helps.
