low point breakfast ideas

Me three on the Cheerios front.

I'm also a fan of the golden syrup porridge oats, especially the Aldi's packs. That keeps me going all morning.

hmmm how many points does this work out to be? i'm not a fan of porridge but want to try and make me eat it as it apparently fills you up for longer!
 
Been changing between Rice Krispies and Corn Flakes but think that I need to start on something more filling as I can find myself picking mid-morning (which I don't want to happen). How do the ladies on Weetabix find it?

When i have weetabix for brekki i'm full until lunch, sometimes i dont eat lunch until about 1.30.
 
Cheerios are 1pp for 10g, I go for 40g with semi skimmed milk and a banana, that's plenty for me and 6pp for the lot!
 
30g cheerio's are 3pp, most cereal is 1pp per 100g. Skimmed milk is also 1pp per 100mls.

Im doing Pro Points and ive been having 2 weetabix (3PP) with a banana chopped on top (0PP) with slimeline milk. Fills me up till around 11am and i have a banana and a Vitalinia 0% fat yougurt (1pp)
