Low salicylate diet help needed.......

Hi guys and girls, i am after some help...... Darren my better half has to have a low Salicylate diet due to him getting a very bad rash/hives all over his body if he eats thing at are high in salicylate's...... He is also trying to lose the weight, we both stick to red days as green doesn't work for us......

I need some help with any one who might have this and still does sw and or a low salicylate soup dish with chicken and or beef

Even stock cubes and spices have high salicylate's in them was thinking of some kind of cabbage soup lol

Any help would be greatly received
