    Dry Martini - 2 syns per 25ml
    Spirits - 2.5 syns
Asda No Added Sugar Shandy - syn free
Sainsbury Czech Low Alcohol Lager - 1 syn a bottle

Or if you want to stick with the wine, try spritzers instead to make it go further

    Hey MrsFYS
I have round a range of wine in Tesco - First Cape, Cafe collection, which is available in white & Rose, and is only 5.5% rather than the usual 11 - 12%. I am sure other supermarkets would stock it also?
so a bottle (or so I have been lead to believe!) is 10 sins, resulting in 2.5 per 175ml glass. Its nice enough too.

    xx
