Low syn drinks/smoothies

Hi folks.

Looking for a low syn smoothie. I usually blitz some fat free natural yoga with spine have and half a banana. Just wondered what else was out thee equally low in syns. TIA
 
100g banana - blended/pureed or cooked is 4 syns
100g raspberries - blended/pureed or cooked is 1 syn
100g strawberries - blended/pureed or cooked is 1.5 syns
100g blueberries - blended/pureed or cooked is 2 syns
100g mango - blended/pureed or cooked is 3 syns

Let me know if you think of any other fruits :)

I usually have 50g raspberries, 50g of strawberries, 1/2 my healthy extra A (175ml skimmed milk), ice cubes and fat free yoghurt xx
