Low syn milkshake/ mixes

does anyone know of the lowest syn value milkshake/ milkshake mixes.

Can i use my milk as a HexA and just use synsfor the powder??

Re the milkshake - yes the milk could be your HEA. I've made milkshake before with strawberry jam, but you'd need a couple of rounded teaspoons full, so that would be about 4 syns I reckon

i just come back from shopping and spotted the crusha no added sugar milkshake mix and wondered if it was free,hope so havent had a milkshake in ages

Yeah I use sugar free robinsons summer fruit squash mixed with milk, its nice x
