Low syn pizza fix

Rather than use all my syns.on a ready made.pizza, I made a healthier alternative that is only 7 1/2 syns and one healthy extra. I used mini nan bread (tescos light choices) covered it in tomato passata, then added my superfood toppings (onions, mushrooms, peppers sweetcorn). Topped it with low fat cheese and stuck under grill. Was delicious and would recommend it as alternative to a ready made pizza.

Co-op and asda wholemeal pitta breads are a hx b so could even be made syn free :) will be trying this on fri nite for sure! Thanks

Sounds good. I do the same, but use Weight Watchers tortilla wraps (5 Syns each) as a base, rather than the naan bread.

Sometimes I make a double cheesy garlic bread too. I spread the 'base' with FF cottage cheese, add garlic and top with grated cheese (HExA) and bake in oven. Lurrrvly :drool:
