Low syn sarnies?

have found sainsbury's BGTY coronation chicken sandwich deli filler, 1 syn for a tablespoon, the stuff is delicious so thick and creamy.

I do like my sandwiches (with nimble white bread), anyone know of any other low syn sandwich fillings? BLT is a fave of mine also.

I think there's a light egg mayo one (may be sainsbury's) that's syn free but can't remember exactly which one it is.

It used to be free, but not any more unfortunately. 1 syn per tbsp for Sainsbury's BGTY egg mayo filler.

my favourite sarnie was cheese and onion on wholemeal crusty roll. I miss it.

My fave of all time was a sausage and onion baguette , with loadsa tomato sauce, so delish, specially when the baguette was warm and it melted the butter .......... ahh, memories :D
