What are the best things that you can have, simply ready bought from the shop?
I always worry when I won't be at home just in case people want to go to greggs and such for dinner, or simply if i'm in a rush and didn't prepare anything the night before!
I've only really found stuff at co-op so I will share
There is a Healthy Living Chicken Pasta Salad, which is only 3 syns on green and EE and 8.5 syns on Red.
They also do a Meal Deal for only £3 and you can get a diet coke/water with the main chicken thing and a snack and they have lots of really nice fruit pots!
You can get a half punnet of grapes, fruit pot with melon and pineapple, and a 'tropical' one, but can't remember what is in it
I've heard M&S are good for 'buy and eat' food idea's. Please add anything you find/know
Hope I have this is the right section BTW, not sure wether it should come under eating out or not? x
