I'm starting a snack box in my cupboard full of low syn snacks so that I've got something to grab if I get an attack of the munchies. I've got snack a jacks, velvet crunch and alpen light bars in there, does anyone have any suggestions for any other low syn snacks I could add? I'm grateful for any help you can give me as I'm struggling to think of different things to put in :)

how about making some sugar free jelly up and leaving it in the fridge! I do this and pour yogurt over it and add some fruit to it! something to grab instead of ice cream etc!

Thank you both, I often make a jelly as I love it but I haven't tried it with yoghurt, I'll definitely be giving that a try. Thanks Starlight I'm quite new to this site and hadn't realised there was already a thread there, I'll go straight over and have a look :)
