Hi!

I'm hoping to exploit everyones experience and expertise with syns! The more I memorise the free foods I find more things to make!

I want to know.. What are your free/low syn snacks?

Also.. Does anyone know of a nice low syn yoghurt?

i love this and so worth the syns. i enjoy with fresh/frozen fruits.
