Lowest point cereals

I tend to have ASDAs own brand of fruit and fibre with skimmed milk for 6pp. I forget how much milk I have...whatever it suggested on the box, so probably 125ml or something like that. I find it really filling, and quite tasty will all the raisens and dried 'nana in it.

Just another quickie question about points - I'm doing a high intensity exercise program - p90x and wondered how the activities points work? Am I best using them or saving them. On the day after my resistance workout days I know am really hungry so might just eat more on those days, not sure what to do :0/
 
Thanks for all your help everyone! Got it under control this week - been sticking to weekly points-ish but the occasional 2-3 points over and using 1/2 of my extra weekly allowance with my Friday night bottle of plonk. Working out hard and earning some good AP's and made a good loss of 2lbs this week. I can see now how little 'tweaking' of points here and there works.

10 stone here I come - well in a few months ;0)
