So today was my 1st day back doing slimming world...
Breakfast: Porridge with water (HE B)
Dinner: Tuna Salad with Mayo (2.5syns)
Tea: 2 Chicken breasts with Veg and a few chips oops (HE B)
Snacks: Apple, Natural Yogurt (2.5syns) Muller light yogurt
Drinks: 2litres of water, and a cup of Tea
Syns = 5
I've not used my HE A today though, I think ill have my porridge with milk tomorrow
