Hi All,
I started yesterday and I found it wonderful after coming off of a week on Exante a food replacement diet! My poor darling boyfriend was concerned for me being on that diet and I promised that I would come off it if we both joined WW then and there!

So here we are....well me on here at least...but I may add his losses into my diary too. It's great really because his sister is doing WW too so we can all do it together!

Unfortunately I have the lowest point allowance of 26, John (BF) has 42 and his sis, Suzie has 32.

So after starting on Exante at 12.6 and a bit, I ended my completed week at 12st.

I was quite pleased with that but after hearing from Suzie who started WW on the same day as I did Exante, I was a tad bit miffed!

Suzie lost over 6lb too and could eat what she liked whilst I had 3 packs of tasteless soup/shakes at 600cals a day and still lost the same amount as her!.....it was a no brainer that WW would be best for me and my lifestyle.

John would like to loose about 3st and I want to get to my goal weight of 9st 9lb so have 2st 4lb to go.

Lets hope it works!!
