Just needed to share the LOVE!

After a couple of days of feeling like poo and generally feeling headachy, last night I finally felt okay so myself and my OH went out for a stroll over the Downs. We were talking about exante and he turned to me and said 'If you get to goal (which is 9st7lbs) by March, I'll take you to Paris for a weekend away.'

So really, if the thought of a weekend in Paris, being a size 10 and a whole new wardrobe can't do it... What can!?

I am so motivated and empowered, and reading all the inspiring stories on here just keep me strong! Literally, I have never felt so in control of my weight. I can't wait for my first weigh in, yeahhhhhhhhhh!

Hiya surfing girl - I'm from Bristol as well - haven't been on the Downs for a while - its a great place to have a walk and with such good viwes of the suspension bridge as well.
It will certainly help your motivation to have such a great incentive to reach target - Paris in the springtime will be fantastic & soooo romantic!
I've had a good day today - I'm on add a meal week - so 3rd day of having a meal - high protien-low fat - low carb - feeling ok, and looking forwards to getting back to 100% on Wednesday again. I'm hoping tostill lose at least 1lb, but won't get too het up if I don't as I know when I am back to 100% I will lose well.

Good luck for tomorrow - hopefully you will get into ketosis soon & it will get easier for you then.
