Ok so I *think* Im doing this right :eek:

Im sick and tired of giving in to crappy food all the time so ive decided to plan my meals and actually write down what Im eating . . so here I am :D

Sunday 8th November ~ EE Day

Breakfast:
Original Oats so simple and coffee :p
Dinner:
Chicken salad (actually went to Ikea and refrained from eating 20 meatballs :eek:) and a banana
Tea:
SW chips (with cheese!), poached eggs, beans and mushrooms

HEa: 250ml semi skimmed
HEb: Oats so simple

Syns:
28g reduced fat cheddar ~ 4 syns
4 fruit pastilles ~ 2 syns

I AM STUFFED :D

Monday 9th November 2009

EE DAY!

Breakfast:
Activia fat free yoghurt (HOW YUMMY!? :p) with an apple and satsuma ~ needed to be out the door quick!!

Dinner:
Jacket spud with cheese, Tuna mixed with hellmans EL mayo peppers spring onion and sweetcorn, served with a mahooosive salad

Tea:
Beef kofta curry and Mumbai Aloo (both out of the SW curry feast book!) served with rice ~ WAS YUMMY!!!

HEa: 125ml semi skimmed/21g reduced fat cheddar
HEb: 2 Alpen Light bars ~ eaten watching the telly :)

SYNS: Highlights hot chocolate ~ 2 syns
Hellmans extra light mayo ~ 1 syn
I actually didnt want anything else :eek:

Mel its well worth it ~ theres LOADS of recipes in there and they taste pretty good so far!! We are having curry maybe 2 times next week!! Saves reaching for the phone to ring the local indian thats for sure!! :D

EE Day

Breakfast:
Bacon, Mushrooms and Tomatoes

Dinner:
Left over curry from the night before :D apple and yoghurt

Tea:
Sausage and Bean Pie made with the free morrisons sausages . . . OMG pure comfort food!! plus a plum

HEa: 42g reduced fat cheese
HEb: Ryvita minis

SYNS:
Milk for my coffee ~ 3 syns
Highlights chocolate ~ 2 syns

Wednesday 11th November 2009

WHOOP WHOOP 5 and 1/2 lb gone :eek::D

EE Day

Breakfast:
2 weetabix and milk plus yoghurt

Dinner:
Huge salad and sliced ham with some home made coleslaw

Tea:
Cottage pie wtih veggies AND baked beans!! LOL!!

HEa: 250ml semi skimmed milk
HEb: 2 weetabix

SYNS:
Extra Light Mayo ~ 2 syns
Gravy granules added to cottage pie ~ roughly 2 syns (because it was shared!!)

Super day for me :)
