Some of you guys may remember me :)

Well I am weighing in at 201lbs :-( that's the bad news I am over 200lbs for the first time in my life so I need to get my finger out for the last time and change my eating habits for good

I was calorie counting for about 2 weeks there - lost 1 whole pound and that was with exercise 5/6 x a week!!!!!! Not my type of weight loss at all

So today I restart Atkins and hope to have a good losses over the coming months

I have about 60lbs to lose so no time like just now to get going

I am of to florida in 5 weeks but hoping I can sustain this way of eating while I am there - I am sure it will be good as American do low carbs well

Brekkie: Milton gate pork sausages with eggs and spinach

Lunch: roast chicken legs with lettuce and cucumber

Dinner: pork chop with broccoli
