not having a god week food wise at all

scales this am said a 1lb gain so working my butt off the get it down to sts :-(

im away forthe weekend this week as well, october is not a good month for me at all

sorry not been on in ages, doesnt help that work has banned access to this forum - not sure why tho :-(

well i have not been doing to great diet wise and i restarted on thursday there and so far i am having a 100% week with no slip ups and also i restart at 12st 8lbs

i am going to try my hardest to get back on here as much as possible cos your guys support is fab

i am allowed 23 points but i have about 17 left over for the week and i am struggling to eat them all
