I needed the caffeine as didnt sleep very well!

Also I find if you leave the porridge for about 5 mins after cooking it it hardens up a bit!

Does anyone actually know how to stop our precious shakes splattering everywhere when using a hand blender? I've nearly perfected it by whizzing it before quickly dunking it into the jug but I still get some powder and spillage
