Lumpy Soup

I decided to have tomato soup for tea and I followed instructions on pack but it still seemed a bit lumpy I did smooth the majority or the lumps out eventually.
Just wondering if i mixed it properly.
Do any of you have any tips on mixing these shakes and soups
 
Don't have much experience of the soups but when I have the odd craving I mix the powder up in a small amount of water before adding the hot water.

Tend to stir it before each sip and the lumps etc do disappear, eventually ;-)

I made this yesterday for the first time and unlike other soups no matter how much I whisked it still had a white grainy texture - I wonder if this is just how the soup is? Wasn't v nice really !

Yeah its strange isn't it, never mindi will try a different one tonight, but I did really like the taste of the tomato one.
Its weird how we all like such different things. I cant stand the porridge !
 
I think they are always a bit powdery. I use an Aerolatte whisk thing to make everything, cost me £10 is takes the lumps out :)
