Lunch help

Hi! I am on a red day today and wanted to make sure the following is ok for lunch:

ham and cheese omelet (using 1 whole egg+1 egg white, mushrooms, spinach 20g cheese as healthy a), 1 quorn sausage, 2 ryvitas and a mixed salad

I know it's all 'free' but am unsure if it's too much? THanks!
 
Thanks for your help! I was on weight watchers for 4 yrs prior to SW so i guess not having 2 whole eggs is something ingrained in me now lol. I decided to alter my meal slightly to:

ham and cheese frittata (minus the potato, loaded with brocolli, peppers, asparagus and onions) with 2 quorn sausages, 113g SW chips (half he b), grilled mushrooms and ketchup (2 syns)- YUM!
